This is an ideal way to preserve the integrity and accuracy of your gauge block sets when repeatedly using only one length of gauge block. Each Grade K gauge block of ASME standard is specially supplied with a Certificate of Calibration which certifies the gauge block was manufactured via interferometry. The Mitutoyo innovative lapping technique makes our gauge blocks some of the most accurate and trusted instruments in the world, featuring exceptional flatness and ideal surface roughness. Our steel gauge blocks are constructed of high-carbon, high-chrome steel while our CERA gauge blocks are constructed of ceramic materials with superior surface qualities and corrosion resistance.
