The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ II Film Disc 775L combines 3M Precision-Shaped Grain with a durable film backing for fast sanding and long abrasive life. The 220+ grade supports intermediate sanding and surface preparation on metals, composites, wood, paint, primers and other coatings.

Features:
The precisely shaped triangular ceramic mineral cuts through the substrate rather than ploughing through it like a conventional abrasive grain. As the mineral wears, it continually fractures to expose sharp cutting points. The durable film backing provides grain support and edge stability, while the 3M Xtract™ multi-hole pattern supports dust extraction across the disc surface. Its hole configuration does not require precise alignment with the back-up pad. The 3M™ Hookit™ hook-and-loop attachment allows quick fitting and removal and permits the disc to be reused during its abrasive life. The product is suitable for machine, hand or block sanding.
