With its COMBICLICK CC-FS range featuring ceramic abrasive grains, Pferd Tools offers a self-sharpening grinding solution for materials with low thermal conductivity. CO-COOL technology enables increased material removal whilst protecting the workpiece surface.

 

Features:

The COMBICLICK CC-FS fibre discs with ceramic CO-COOL abrasive grain from Pferd Tools are specially designed for material removal on hard and poorly heat-conductive materials. The self-sharpening ceramic grain ensures consistently high grinding performance throughout the entire service life. Additional active abrasives optimise material removal, prevent the disc from clogging and enable cool, reliable grinding without thermal overload.

The COMBICLICK system is based on a specially developed backing pad with secure rear fastening. The quick-release mechanism ensures simple and time-saving disc changes. The optimised geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow rate, which significantly reduces the thermal load on both the abrasive and the workpiece.

The flat contact surface in the COMBICLICK system minimises scratches caused by protruding clamping components and improves the utilisation of the abrasive. Suitable backing plates must be ordered separately.
